Becker Management & Associates, Inc. was originally established in 1981. In 1985 we merged with an established company by the name of Spokane Pacific Realty and as a result became Becker Pacific Management. In 1988, we divested our partnership and became re-established as Becker Management and Associates.
Currently, we manage approximately 1100 rentals in Spokane, Pullman, and surrounding areas. These rental units include HUD insured properties. Our business is familiar with voucher and Section 8 tenants, including Morayo North Apartments, and Deer Park Apartments (Deer Park, WA). We have worked successfully with HUD and the Spokane Housing Authority for approximately 20 Years. Becker Management is a member of the Multiple Listing Service and the Spokane Board of Realtors.
